Pain in the joints, tendons and ligaments

For joint pain, we recommend treatment to support wraps on individual body parts:

For better blood circulation and pain relief, we recommend using a wrapping strap as a Priessnitz wrap:

  1. insert the inside of the wrapping belt into the cold water (the inner part should be properly wrung)
  2. the tiling can be improved with other medicinal ingredients and thus a more effective wrap (eg the inner part of the belt or the skin can be rubbed with herbal oil, the gel or the inner part of the bath to the herb bath)
  3. you will pass the inner part into the wrapping belt
  4. ovine the belt to the affected area and fasten with a velcro fastener

Further use of the wrapping belt:

Belts also serve to warm up not only the shoulder joint but also the muscles, spine and ligaments. It can also be used for rheumatic complaints, warming of the cervical spine and cold shoulders.

  1. Load the internal removable cover that is part of the wrap.
  2. Put it back into the wrapping belt.
  3. Put the prepared wrap on the place you want, fasten it with a velcro fastener and have a warm wrap as long as possible.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

The carpal tunnel syndrome is most often manifested initially by tingling, tingling, or burning fingers on the affected limb (most commonly thumbs, forefinger and middle finger).

Then there may be loss of skin sensitivity and weakness of these fingers, which is accompanied by relatively great pain. The hand is incomprehensible and the muscles of the forearm lose muscle strength and gradually weaken.

Cold tiles will also ease the difficulty, which in addition accelerates healing itself. A cushion with a buckwheat can be used for the tiles. Cold buckwheat cladding is more pleasant than ice-cold wet or gel tiles.

Using a Cushion - CLEARANCE:
