Instruction
Priessnitz's wrap
It is suitable for common cold, dry, severe coughs, bronchitis and airway inflammation.
It is characterized by three layers (1, 2, 3), the outer layer (1) comprises of a 100% cotton and an antiallergic fleece, the lower layer (3) comprises removable lining made of thin absorbent cloth. There is a middle layer (2) located between lower layer (3) and outer layer (1). Middle layer ensures water absoprtion as well as heat retention.
General use of the belt: instructional video
Immerse the inner part of wrap band in cold water (the inner part should be properly wrung)
1. Thread the inner part through the wrap belt
2. Wrap the band around the affected area using velcro
